You are correct — there is a lot of free information available online, but most of it is:
Not specific to Finland and the Finnish job market. Job markets and working cultures vary from country-to-country and job hunting should always be approached according to the country in question. This course has been created by experts with over two decades of experience hiring people in Finland, and the information is tailored specifically for international job seekers in Finland.
Based on little to no experience in hiring in Finland. A ton of people are sharing “tips and tricks” for job hunting in Finland, but very few of those people have actual experience working as HR managers or recruiters in Finland. Oliver and Outi have 20+ years of combined experience working in the Finnish job market, and they have read thousands of CVs and hired hundreds of employees for companies of all sizes.
Scattered around too many websites with hours of googling needed to find relevant information. This course summarises everything that you need to know into one location!
-
